About the founder
Leonardo Lanni is known for his ability to change the culture and mindset of QA teams, emphasising the importance of quality being the responsibility of the entire team. His expertise includes designing and implementing Quality Engineering processes and practices, building and leading QA Teams, implementing test automation frameworks, and optimising processes to reduce time to market.
He is a strong believer of quality belonging to the whole team, strongly supporting TDD and a shift left approach in testing.
